As part of our continuing service to Hope UCC, the Inviting and Welcoming Committee has formulated a procedure that councils, committees, and groups can use to promote their events inside the church and within the community.  Depending on the organization's event, a group can have the event publicized in local newspapers, in the church bulletin, the church newsletter, sent to area churches, advertised using our new portable sign, and posted on this website.

Organizations are highly encouraged to take advantage of this service.  To get started, an organization needs to complete the event promotion form located at the link to the left.  When completed, the form should be submitted to the chair of the Inviting and Welcoming Committee, Carl Frank.  Since some of these procedures take time, it is recommended that the form be submitted as early as possible, with two months' advance notice required for guaranteed event promotion.

To post information to the website, the website form (located at the link to the left) should be used.  In addition to promotion of upcoming events, the website form can be used to post newsworthy items and information and pictures from past events.  This form should be submitted to either Terry or Steven Watmore.
